Its combination of Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth® 5.4, and IEEE 802.15.4 (Thread/Zigbee-ready), allows the QCC74xM to provide reliable multi-protocol connectivity in a single, cost-efficient solution.
It is based on a powerful 32-bit RISC-V processor with DSP and FPU, supported by substantial on-chip memory and optional embedded pSRAM and flash. By running both protocol stacks and application logic independently, it enables hostless operation and is ideal for edge devices with low power consumption and high-performance requirements. For hosted systems, it supports both RCP and NCP configurations.
Built on FreeRTOS with an open-source SDK and Visual Studio Code integration, the QCC74xM platform accelerates development while minimizing complexity. Its robust security features and the compact form factor offer a scalable path for next-generation IoT products.
