Our experienced sales and FAE teams provide you with comprehensive technical advice throughout the various project phases, from component selection to development, production, logistics, sales, after-sales phases and end-of-life stages.
Our customers can always rely on their assigned contact person, available for technical support at any time, or can directly benefit from the expertise of our Atlantik FAE-Team in Munich and our access to manufacturers and partners for specific issues. Our team will gladly support you in German and English.
In the case of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or damaged parts, we also handle the processing and communication with the manufacturer for our customers, as well as the processing or reimbursement of a substitute device.
