Our range of contract options is designed to meet the specific requirements of our customers, from start-ups and medium-sized companies to large corporations and public institutions.
Whether component distribution, customer-specific partial solutions or complete ODM products, we operate according to the One Source-One Contract model. This allows a single contractual relationship as a framework agreement to cover all services required in terms of distribution, development, technical advice, design-in support, after sales, warehousing and logistics. Our customers thereby benefit from significantly reduced administrative expenses, a steady commercial relationship, rapid processing of orders and other matters as well as predictable costs.
Conditions such as delivery times, payment options and deadlines vary depending on the project. For example, if our customers decide to enter into series or mass production with us, we will agree a special, competitive pricing for the project.
Under the condition of positive solvency, we generally offer invoice payment to all our customers. For long-term contracts, we can also arrange individual, secure payment agreements.
As an international company with a global partner and manufacturer network, our customers can also choose to pay in EUR or USD, according to the exchange rate adjustment.
