The 10.1” Patient Monitoring Tablet by Atlantik Elektronik is designed for convenient monitoring and analysis directly at the point of care. Thanks to integrated Edge AI processing, secure connectivity, and a user-friendly interface, the tablet can serve as a central management and monitoring tool in advanced healthcare systems.

To enable functional Edge AI, the tablet is built around the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 625 (MSM8953) and combines an octa-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 64-bit CPU at 2.0 GHz with the Adreno™ 506 GPU. This powers graphical presentation for various applications and allows for continuous aggregation, local processing, and the conversion of data into usable information with only minimal delay in one device. 

At system level, the tablet combines a 10.1” TFT LCD display with 1920x1080 at 60FPS, a capacitive touch panel, an 8MP camera over 4-lane MIPI-CSI, analog audio support (speaker, 2 microphones), and a broad sensor set for motion, position, and ambient data.
With connectivity options such as LTE Cat 6, Wi-Fi, a dedicated GNSS antenna interface, and Bluetooth to connect wearables and Bluetooth-enabled sensors, the tablet supports the transmission of alert and status data in connected healthcare infrastructures. 

The functional edge AI processing and usability-oriented approach enable applications for patient monitoring, vital sign acquisition, fall-, fire-, smoke-, and shout detection, as well as human activity recognition.
