Bel SPSPFF3-0X: Scalable power-shelf solutions

The BEL SPSPFF3-0X power-shelf series delivers a robust, flexible, and high-reliability solution for the rectification, system management, and power distribution in demanding data center environments. The power shelves are designed for compatibility with Open Compute Project (OCP) rack architectures and optimized for high-performance servers, routers, and network switches.
Each SPSPFF3-0X can be configured with up to six hot-swap capable PFF3000-12-069RD DC-DC power supplies, converting 40–72 VDC input into a stable 12.5 VDC output for powering intermediate bus architectures (IBA).
The system supports two independent DC inputs, with one inlet powering three modules, and all modules feature I²C communication with PMBus protocol for control, programming, and monitoring. For advanced control and visibility, an optional slot accommodates a Network Attached Controller, enabling real-time monitoring and configuration via a 10/100 Mb Ethernet interface connected directly to the data center management network.
Integrated protection features include overtemperature, output overvoltage, and output overcurrent safeguards, ensuring consistent reliability under high loads. Available in both OCP V1 and V2 bus-bar connection styles and fully RoHS compliant, the SPSPFF3-0X power-shelf solution provides a scalable, standards-compliant platform for modern, mission-critical infrastructure.
The modular design enables future expansion and ensures uninterrupted operation during maintenance or power module replacement.
