Atlantik Elektronik is an authorized Qualcomm Technologies distributor and solution provider for the European market.
Atlantik Elektronik’s E-Paper display solutions are designed to improve the visibility, availability and management of patient and room-related information in healthcare environments. Visualizing patient data (i.e. name, age, diagnosis, attending physicians, care specifications), visitor status, alerts, and other notifications either directly on screen or protected but easily accessible via QR code, the displays provide all essential information for medical teams directly at the door or patient bed.
By combining ultra-low power E-Ink technology (up to three colors), robust, IP67-protected hardware design, and wireless integration, charging, and connectivity concepts, the display solutions can present and update relevant information without permanent cabling, charging, or complicated maintenance efforts. With gateway and cloud integration, the displays can be prepared and updated according to operational requirements and configured to work in existing healthcare infrastructures.
THERE ARE CURRENTLY THREE STANDARD OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
The 11.6” E-Paper Door Sign is designed for installation outside patient rooms and can display configurable information such as patient name, bed assignments, warning notices, or visitor status. Its compatibility with EHR and EMR systems, as well as a battery life of more than 5 years, make it particularly suitable for use in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and restricted access isolation areas.
With the 7.5” Smart Patient Info Screen, patient-related information such as name, diagnosis, or care notes can be delivered directly next to the patient bed. Thanks to Bluetooth and 4G support, the display also allows for wireless real-time data transfer, while individual display modes enable a privacy-sensitive operation. The front light technology efficiently minimizes light emission without compromising readability, making the compact display suitable for 24/7 use in intensive care, acute care, long-term care, and isolation rooms.
The 4.2” Smart Patient Information Display is designed as a particularly compact and privacy-oriented display solution for bedside deployment, delivering essential information directly on screen and via QR code (for more detailed and confidential data). With 3-color E-Paper display technology, Bluetooth and NFC-connectivity, wireless NFC-charging, IP67-protection, and a reusable design, the display is ideal for space-restraint areas in modern care facilities and temporary or mobile care stations.
As an experienced Design-In and Solution Partner, we can also realize custom E-paper display solutions in different sizes and application designs for your use case in healthcare or other industries. Contact us here for more information about our custom options.
