The Lantronix LM4 console server delivers AI-driven out-of-band management for intermediate distribution frames (IDFs) and small sites, such as ATMs, kiosks, and remote aggregation points. It enables enterprise-grade automation, cybersecurity, and compliance functionality in a particularly compact form factor. As a part of the LM-Series  LP LM Series, LM4 provides resilient out-of-band access and advanced network management for environments ranging from ultra-secure military and financial networks to downtime-intolerant healthcare and energy infrastructures.

The LM4 supports up to four serial console ports for direct device management and up to 48 virtual ports, offering powerful capabilities despite its small size. Running the robust LMOS software, it enables continuous monitoring, access, and control of network infrastructure, whether the primary network is up or down.

With zero-touch deployment setup is significantly simplified since LM4 appliances are able to automatically discover and register with the Lantronix Control Center (LCC) via DHCP or DNS, allowing remote provisioning without sending technical personnel to the site. Designed specifically for IDFs, ATMs, kiosks, and other low-port environments, the LM4 provides a cost-effective, scalable solution for distributed networks.
