The AKM CZ375D ultra-high accuracy coreless current sensor IC of the CZ375-Series is designed for precise current sensing in demanding industrial applications where high current capability, fast response, reduced heat generation, and low power loss are essential.
Supporting up to 100 Arms and a current range from ±115 Apeak to ±225 Apeak, the CZ375D is particularly well-suited for large current ranges and high-power inverter systems. It addresses applications such as EV quick charging stations, packaged air conditioners, and other high-capacity power designs. The CZ375D sensor also complies with the UL61800-5-1 requirements for use in industrial equipment.
Thanks to its low heat generation system, it can support higher switching frequencies, significantly improve efficiency, and enable more compact system designs. Providing both clearance and creepage distances of 8 mm or more, as well as a typical fast response time of 0.5 μs and a sensitivity of 10.0 mV/A, the CZ375D is suited for precise and responsive current sensing in modern power electronics systems.
