The Quectel RM520N-Series 5G Sub-6 GHz M. 2 Module represents the next generation of 5G Sub-6 GHz M.2 modules, designed for high-performance IoT and enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) applications. Based on 3GPP Release 16, the module combines industrial-grade reliability, broad network compatibility, and global coverage in a compact M.2 form factor.
Supporting 5G NSA/SA, the RM520N Series ensures seamless backward compatibility with Quectel’s LTE-A and earlier 5G modules, simplifying migration across product generations. Its integrated multi-constellation GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, QZSS) enables fast and precise positioning, making it ideal for connected devices operating in diverse environments.
With support for USB 3.1 and PCIe interfaces and drivers for Windows, Linux, and Android, the RM520N Series offers flexible integration options for industrial and consumer applications, including routers, gateways, laptops, tablets, video transmission systems, and digital signage.
