Optical bonding touch display module for industrial environments

21. January 2026 | Planegg

The Atlantik Elektronik industrial display module is designed for extreme operating conditions where common consumer-grade displays typically fail due to demanding lighting, temperature, and mechanical challenges. With optical bonding, high brightness, and a wide operating range, the module is a strong foundation for industrial control units, outdoor applications, and other rugged systems. The display is also available in multiple standard sizes, 10.1", 13.3", and 15.6", enabling different device classes and installation requirements.

With 1000 nits brightness, the display retains clear readability, even in direct sunlight or under artificial lighting, i.e., in outdoor terminals, vehicle dashboards, or industrial control units. Optical bonding improves clarity, reduces internal reflections, prevents moisture buildup, and increases mechanical robustness.

The operating temperature range (-30 °C to +80 °C) enables reliable performance in cold outdoor conditions and hot industrial environments, including temperature fluctuations. In addition, the module is built to meet industrial requirements with high shock and vibration resistance as well as protection against dust, moisture, and condensation. Project-specific customization, including interface options, frame adaptations, and coatings such as AR, AG, and AF, is available on request.
