ARM Cortex-M0 Microcontrollers

The NuMicro® family is based on ARM's Cortex^TM-M0 low power, high performance microcontroller. The built-in Flash of up to 128 Kbytes supports ISP, IAP and ICP for easy program update. Its internal SRAM supports up to 16 Kbytes.

Flexible connectivity options are provided by high-speed UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, LIN, CAN Bus and USB interfaces. Connectivity to the real world is ensured by the 8-channel 12-bit ADC and two analog comparators. Apart from its high integration, the NuMicro® family is designed for a wide operating voltage (2.5 V ~ 5.5 V), high ESD performance and industrial/automotive temperature range to satisfy most of the industrial control, data communication and consumer products applications. Moreover, NuMicro® family brings 32-bit performance at the cost equivalent to a traditional 8-bit microcontroller to the heart of your applications.
